Vesalius3D is an easy to use, intuitive, medical imaging application.

Vesalius3D is easy to use and comes with a wide range of functionalities. New users will be up and running fast. Check our Reference Sheets to start using Vesalius3D quickly.

Within minutes users can

Online Demo

If you want to get to know Vesalius3D together with one of our experts we offer you a free online demonstration.

NEW in Vesalius3D 2.14

  • Extended functionality for cropping:
    • Cut at your view: add oblique cropping planes at the near plane position via the 3D window context menu or the cropping panel.
    • Manage cropping plane movements in 3D by using the lock/unlock feature in the cropping panel.
  • Enhanced measurement tools: *
    • Access coordinates of measurement points for analysis.
    • Switch to a crosshair shape for measurement/picked points to increase precision of reviewing measurement placements.
    • Export and import measurements for further data analysis.

  • Improved usability:
    • Efficient brush resizing for extractions using Shift+mouse scrolling.
    • Precise 2D scrolling through your dataset using arrow buttons in the 2D panels.
